View Full Version : New Nero 6.6
Just wondering if someone can help install the new version of nero 6.6, i had someone else do the previous one and i am now have a hard time upgrading nero.
There isn't anything to it. Just install the program over the old version. Everything is done for you.
Yes the demo version wondering where i can get the serial keys to upgrade, and you guessed i would rather not pay for it.
Am i greedy, probably, but isn't anyone?

I have purchased nero 6.6 but I also have Sonic Recordnow 7 previously installed. Do I have to uninstall Sonic so as to avoid a conflict between these 2 burners? Help

Later versions of Nero is more forgiving to other installed burning applications - but I should advice you to uninstall it completely. I think you can find some uninstall files on Sonics homepage that deletes all files.

Thanks for your response-1 last question: I had DL the Nero trial version before and everything seemed OK until I purchased on Ebay a Nero CD. When I installed the Nero all my system went haywire forcing me to uninstall the entire pc and re- purchasing Nero over the net. Is it possible that the CD purchased on ebay could have corrupted my pc? With this new installation should I still uninstall Sonic? Thanks.

If you update your Nero files with the latest one from Nero webpage shouldn't be any problems.
If you can use Nero and still have Sonic installed on your system? Try to burn a RW disc. Does it work - then let Sonic stay.
