divx avi & AC3-Sound

Hi,

short question. I want to encode divx-avi with ac3-sound, do i need a VirtualDubMod or would NanDub be great for this? I dont want a different program, just the ability to merge AC3 files with VirtualDub-layout :)

Either one will do fine...
