Subtitles syncronization PAL->NTSC

Hi.

I have a subtitles syncronization problem playing an NTSC DivX.
I found the .srt subtitlesfile (PAL) for a NTSC DivX and because NTSC and PAL have different framrate the subtitles won't be syncronized with the DivX movie.

I used SubSync to play the subtitles.

Is there a way to convert the timecodes for a PAL subtitle to NTSC?
