Hello everyone this is my first post.

I have a problem playing a video file of 745kbps quality on my real player.the audio is fine but the picture becomes very jumbled up ,slow n out of sync with the audio. My real player can play files of 600 n less kbps files.the file is wmv/wma one.

my computer is a amd 3d processor,128 mb ram.i don't know the speed but i suspect it is between 400-300 mhz.

what can i do?any help will be appreciated

even though other files might play fine i'd suspect your machine is not fast enough

you could try other players like for example media player classic because they might take less resources
(not to be confused with the M$ media player)

Even though the clock frequency of your machine is that low, I don't think that's a problem. As you said, the Real Player can play up to 600kBps so it wasn't designed for the task you are giving it. I would recommend that you try Media Player Classic or VLC (VideoLAN)
