Hello Everybody
This is my problem. I've got some movies that I am trying to see, but the sound is ahead of the movies. In some cases it is 1 second, in other movies it is 2 -3 seconds. What can I do. Are there any Players, Programs or Utill that can delay the sound, so that it fits whit the movie. I've got a 512 soundblaster soundcard and a asus geforce 2 MX grafiks card.
I dont know what to do.
Thanks.

1. Open your rmovie file in Virtual/nandub.
2. Set both Video & Audio to Direct Stream Copy.
3. Under audio tab, go the Interleave option. Delay Audio Track is what you should concentrate on.
4. File -> Save as .AVI
Hope that helps.

I am having the exact same set of problems... except that I know for a fact that the video files are not at fault.
I have a number of DivX movies burnt to CD. I have watched all of them a number of time with no problems. Recently I erased my hard drive and reinstalled everything (I do this once per year). After instaling the DivX 5 codec I noticed that in EVERY DivX file my audio is out about 1-2 seconds. I cannot figure out a solution.
I have tried installing DivX 3.11alpha, then DivX 4 then finally DivX5 but with no luck. Anybody have any suggestions? I really don't want to replace ~20 CD's

Take note of this: DivX5 takes over playback of your 3.11a contents without your permission and it upgrades DivX4. Basically, this buggy codec is used to play ALL your DivX movies.
What should you do? Get rid of DivX5 and reinstall 3.11a, followed by 4.12 (Not allowing it to play 3.11a contents).
