Hey just another question - I have an SWF video (Star Wars Gangsta Rap) that I got from the Internet in SWF format (Using EZ Save Flash) but I wanted it in a video format - AVI, MPG, WMV or anything that programs like Ulead can open. I tried Bink and Smacker - it converted the video but the audio sounded like trash. And it was slower than the normal video. Is there a free way to convert SWF to a usable video format?

:confuse3:

have you tried 'winavi'? i've never used it, but it claims to be able to convert swf to dvd :)

Looks good, but it is not freeware :(. I don't have a credit card, see, so if I cannot buy it at a store, forget it. Sad but true. So, I have no problem getting Nero and such, but this is different... unless it can be found at Amazon, which I can get stuff from.

Well there's always SWF2AVI, but it's conversion method is quite ghastly (it effectively screencams the video as it plays) compared to ADShareIt's stuff which controls the play back of flash so it can capture every frame, though even that has it's drawbacks as it captures the audio seperatly, often leading to A/V Sync problems.
