Hey all....I am not to sure what I might have done here or if anyone can help me with it...Whenever I reboot my computer I get this error message that comes up...
it says it is a "Runner Error" The error itself says this:
" Runner file name(updates from HP.exe) lacks a 'a'(the appid seperator".
Does anyone know what that means?:thanks2:

Thanks Chewie!! When I get hope I will check in that folder to see if it is missing in there...I don't really know how something would have been deleted from there...not really a problem..just more of a pain in the ass.

Well what is strange is when I looked at the link the question mentioned something about hpzjrd01.dll (which I still don't know what that is) and I used to get a message about that as well, used HP online help and they talked me through bypassing that error message but that was about4 or 5 months ago and now I get this all of a sudden..strange..but you did help for sure and I think I gave you some greeen for it as well!
I think I just found out what happened...when I ran X-Cleaner it found something called backweb which it thought as spywayre but it is and HP file for their updates...and it was because you mentioned google (I must have been braindead...didnt even think to try that lol)and found a site to help me get it back!! Thanks Chewie!!
