Conversion of PC-DVD Multi Regional

Is there a software I can download to convert my PC-DVD to play DVD of ANY REGION. Where do I find it and HOW do I download it. My computer is connected via an ORDINARY telephone line.

Short answer is no! Pretty well all drives manufactured now incorporate region-protection in the firmware. There are a few drives where a software utility allows you to change region without restriction. But for most drives you have to flash patched firmware to the drive to kill region-protection.

Then you must overcome region-protection in your software player. The programs that do this are DVD Genie and Region Killer. You can get patched firmware here:

and downloaded a program called Region Killer 2 which is supposed to solve the problem like what DVD genie does. However, this actually worked. So anyone experiencing this problem or anyone who wants region free on their 'unlocked region' DVD, go and have a look at this website.
