AC3 from DivX into MP3

how to convert ac3 track from divx into mp3? i extracted ac3 with vdubmod. but then any program can't convert it into mp3. also i saved with vdub and with avi2wav as wav. but the same result...

download & install the 'ac3 acm decompressor' from http://www.free-codecs.com/download/AC-3_ACM_Decompressor.htm

open the file in virualdubmod, you can encode to mp3 from there.

OR

you can download & install 'besweet' (you might also like to get 'belight' for it, to make it easier to use), you can convert the ac3 stream you extracted to mp3 & mux with virtualdubmod
