I'm sorry of this is the wrong forum. In that case, please feel free to move this post to the correct one.
The problem:
I have several .avi files that are encoded in S-MPEG 4 version 2, according to GSpot. And because of this, I can not view these files on my standalone DVD player. Is there any way of converting these S-MPEG 4 encoded files to .avi's that WILL be playable on my (most?) DVD players?
I have searched the forums, as well as looked around for answers here and there, but I have found no solution. It is really frustrating. Any help would be appreciated!
