Error Message Index of scan line out of range

When trying to convert a Xvid file to mpg file using TMPGEnc plus 2.5. During the encoding process I keep getting the message} Index of Scan Line out of range (352)

i also am getting the same error in TMPGEnc Plus.

"index of scan line is out of range"

i have tried following the instructions that ormonde (http://forum.digital-digest.com/member.php?u=26203) gave here: http://forum.digital-digest.com/showthread.php?t=35915

i have also tried using two programs "Video Fixer" and "DivFix" but there are still bad frames in the video i have.

can anyone else help with this error?
