Whats up guys, Ive got a problem when i encode with a video that has bright constrasting colors in a scene, they seem the bleed into another darker color that is beside it. It happens usually with bright reds, greens and sometimes rich blues.
Can anyone help me?

When i download stargate episodes from torrent sites, they are around 348-350mb for a 43min ep and they are pretty good quality, I use 360mb for a 41min ep.
If theres a movie or a show that goes for 2hrs how big should i make the file? 450? 500?

and this happens in all bright videos?
exactly what settings are you using in xvid? are you deinterlacing? (7's tennis is interlaced)?
possible it could also be a decoder issue. try playing in VLC (videolan) player
got latest xvid (version 1.1)? http://www.koepi.org

Well that did the trick anonymez, looks like it was a decoder issue. This happens with PowerDVD (dont know how to take screenshots with WMP) and media player.
VLC did the job wonderfully.
I have to deinterlace all the mpg's that i record because its pal and pal always uses interlacing. I select Field Deinterlace in Gordian Knot.
And yep im using the latest Xvid codec 1.1
Got any idea on how to get it working properly with mp?
