What are the best settings for it because i'm new to the Xvid codec.

Edit - Remind me to get to my eye doctor! What program are you using to ENCODE so I know what the BEST settings are.

bitsetting has nothing to do with xvid, i don't see how it could've helped :confused:

The best settings are somewhat subjective and depend alot on your source and destination. The best settings for a live action film might not be the best for a cartoon.

Best quality would be constant quant 1, all I frames with a high quality CQM. That isn't going to give you the best quality for a 1 CD rip though since it will be way too large.

Also you have issues like standalone compatibility, if that is what you are aiming for. No standalone can handle 3 warp point GMC. Some can't handle qpel and most have issues with certain CQM's as well as bitrate spikes.
