I'm returning my Sony DRX-810UL USB 2.0 external DL burner to the store. It has given me too many DL coasters and I suspect it's defective. Looking for a USB 2.0 EXTERNAL replacement that has a good reputation for trouble-free, reliable DL burning and good firmware support and bitsetting. Any suggestions?
I use these softwares:
DVDFab Express for ripping
PgcEdit for creating ISO and layer break
ImgBurn or Nero Burning ROM for burning the ISO
Thanks!

Have you considered a internal burner? The NEC 3550 is only 38.99 + plus free shipping at newegg.com.

I'd like to buy from Best Buy store with good return policy if it doesn't work out. Do you see any good ones from them? Thanks!

I personally don't recommend any from BestBuy. The cheapest one they have is $80. You could get 2 NEC's for that price. Newegg has the best return policy you can ask for.
I don't get it why have a chain of stores and an online store named best buy if your not going to offer your customers the best buy. It's kind of like false advertising ;)
But any way to stay on topic I agree with jmet on this
