text on video??

i need some info on editing my mpg videos, like putting a title on my videos,or scrolling it across the screen on the video. any help would be greatly appreciated!!! thanks!!

Umm, two things....one: The manual in Premiere has a ton of information on how to do this and two: a little more info on what you're trying to do is needed. What software and what are you trying to do. Each editing package has different ways to accomplish this.

Hi Hippie...thank you for interest on my problem.
I use Adobe Premiere 6.0 on enviroment win 98se,
i put title on timeline video2 then i put movie on timeline video1A and also mp3 on timeline audio2.
If i play the timeline i see only the movie with overlay mp3 but
without overlay title.
Help me !!!
