Lightning UK - still unable to unlock volume

I down loaded process explorer - can anyone decipher this for me, I can't see another program using the Ben Q. Is DVD Decrypter the culprit??

Forgot to mention, this happens intermittenly and not all the time?

Did you search for the a handle with the name 'cdrom' or the drive letter of the burner in question?!

Process Explorer will then tell you exactly what's using the drive and what isn't.

That said, yes, having DVD Decrypter (and looking at that same drive) would cause the locking to fail - as would having media player open.

Not too sure about quicktime, I don't use it.
