m2v pal into m2v ntsc

may someone guide me to convert m2v (pal) into m2v ntsc.
my tmpgenc cannot open or support m2v file.
pls help.

what did you do to create this m2v file? dgpulldown is what i use for the conversion. there is a guide using this in the "FAQ & Guides" sticky. this should have no trouble loading in TMPGEnc, try raising the dirctshow as outlined in this FAQ
