Help First time burner

Hello, i'm new obviously and i need a little help. i got all the basic programs. I'm using dvd shrink 3.2 and i have set my writer and everything using nero. But as soon as it starts encoding i get an error.... if u read the very bottom it has the error type.. CAN anyone help me please? thank you for your help

If you have used shrink, then why use recode? They do the same thing.
Have you formatted(full) the dvd-rw?

I just bought the dvd rw cd and i dunno if its formatted or not how can i format it? thanks O and i'm using nero because it was needed to burn dvds on dvd shrink.

in each version of nero there's an erase disk function

If you are burning a movie, why not use Rs instead of RWs. They are much cheaper. If you are looking to store data and update frequently, then yes use RWs.

You also don't need to use Nero to burn. You can turn off the Burn with Nero function in Shrink and burn with Imgburn if you want.
