HELP!!! looking for a solution

HI ALL!!! I'm looking for the best solution via software or hardware. Can someone help me?

I am trying to transcode from AVI - WMV at about 1m to 1.5 meg per sec at the default size of 640x480 or 720x304.

I am looking for a close match between the AVI uncompress to the output file which will be WMV

Try ConvertXtoDVD by VSO, it's not free but there is a trial version you can see if you like it.
