AVI codex need

Hi, i am trying to convert an AVI file to MPEG but i dont have the correct codex. I have tryed to load the AVI file into V-Dub 1.4.8 but get an error message that say :
"Could not locate decompressor for format 'DIV3' (Microsoft High Speed MPEG4-V3 [Hack : DivX Low Motion])

can someone please point me in the right direction :)

That's part of the original v.3.11alpha codec - downloadable from DivX Digest at:
