How to Cut a DVD VOB file - Query request

Hello friends,

I am new to this forum and also new to the dvd world. I want to know if there is any software or method available to cut a DVD file (the actual VOB file) as we do in a VCD Cutter to cut a VCD (DAT) file.

If anybody knows the method to do this please let me know..
