Made a mistake. Usually change the bitrate using ReMpeg2, load the M2V file, and let it run over night. Problem: I already authored it and don't have the M2V file, but a bunch of VOBS. The original disk and M2V file are gone.......
What is the best way (if any) to resize the bitrate using VOBS?
