I have a lot of BMP pictures that I want to create an avi from. First I would like to make it uncompressed and later on convert it to divx 3.11 with nandub. Is there a good program for this?

This tool, called Slide Show Movie Maker (SSMM), is a tool for creating AVIs from your pictures very fast. Put your images, for example from your digital camera, in an image list, add some text to every picture (if you want) and start creation. The text can be faded very smoothly into and outo the picture. And many more functions.

ssmm 3.2.2 (http://www.tu-bs.de/%7Ey0005179/ssmm/SSMM322.zip)

just adding more options:

u can use TMPGENC and virtualdub (I think) to put them in a sequence.

but TMPGENC does it for sure.

Now I tried to use SSMM but the screen I attached always comes up when I'm trying to choose a codec and when I press start creation it says that I have to choose a movie codec:mad:
I also checked out Blaze MediPro and it says it only works with 98/me and I have XP:( and I don't want to try to download it cause it's 11 mb big and I'm on a modem connection:(

maybe ssmm is a bit picky with the settings.

try using the WIZARD and modify afterwards!
