Mov-->Avi-->DVD

hi all

i wanna know how to convert from .Mov to .avi without the loss in quality
i tried blaze converter bas i lost quality of picture and sound, and i tried quicktime pro, the output lost the widescreen scope and it was too large in space...

so i need a program to convert the .mov trailers into .avi without loss in the ac3 sound or the picture quality, to author a dvd after that conversion..

Try Mediacoder. U have to select either uncompressed AVI or a somewhat lossless codec(like Huffyuv) for encoding ur conversion. Be ready to get a HUGE file as output.
