Is there any free software out there to convert my .wmv files so they can be burnt to DVD, so I can play them on my TV DVD player. I think they need to be convertedto MPEG2. I have seen some software but they have the software company name on the video during play back. ie dvdsanta

do you know if it allows you to cut out and save parts of the video you want and then burn it, or of a free program that does allow you to do that?

Where does it say so? I often use it offline.
