Problems Encoding American Pie 2

Have anyone encoded American Pie 2 perfectly?? Im having problems with the jerkiness playback in that movie and i dont know how to solve it. I have encoded many other movies fine, and this is the first problem i encountered. Im using Flask 0.594 using 23.99FPS with reconstruct progressive on. Someone please help me :(

Do an experimental run of a small portion of the video (with obvious motion in it) with "Reconstruct Progressive Images" UNCHECKED. Otherwise, do another run with both "Deinterlace" and "Reconstruct Progressive Images" CHECKED.
