Anyone successfully created a fully synched DIVX/XVID of "DaVinci Code?"

I successfully ripped the DVD to hard disk and can play it back with PowerDVD without any problems.

However, when I try to convert this movie to DIVX or XVID, I ALWAYS get an audio sync problem anywhere from 100ms to 5 seconds!!!! :(

I tried to converting using....

Video Cleaner Pro
AutoKG
Magic DVD Rippert Convert function
DIVX Converter
Dr. DIVX

This is the only DVD I have had this problem with... :(
