Super 2006 How Do I Use It?

Still on my four months project to convert video clips to playable dvd's. Can I use Super 2006 to do this, if yes how? The menu display looks greek to me

Please help

I am a bit stuck at the momnt and cant download avi2dvd, mediacoder or TMPGEnc as I am not at work and my bluetooth internet connection would take years to download anything more than 3 MB...

Please let me know how i can use Super 2006 to make my video clips dvd playable...let me know if there is other alternatives like nero or something......thanks
