I used RipIt4Me to decrypt a new DVD film along with FixVTS. Everything worked well and when DVD Shrink opened I selected just the main film plus a 5 minute trailer. The film was burned as an ISO file using DVD Decrypter at 8X speed. At the end of the burn process the program finished but stalled with the I/O message that it was unable to recover TOC.

The disc will not play in three of my DVDs but will play in my new Panasonic DMR-EH75V combo VHS HDD DVD recorder.

With DVD Decrypter I tried to record another from the ISO file and the burn was completed successfully. Just to test my results I tried another and the result was again no TOC and a wounded copy.

What is intermittently going wrong?

The error message is attached.

Probably a media/firmware issue. Read and implement the Golden Rules of Burning (http://forum.digital-digest.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=49635).

Yes, Master.......

Good stuff to read and implement.

Humble Grasshopper has much work to do.

(bowing and scraping, I say)

Thank you, master.
