SYC Problems

Ok, i have some avi files that i would like to burn to disk but some of the files when played back are out of syc. I use nero 7 when burning them to ntsc format. Also if i try to watch the files with Nero or Media Player, the files play out of syc.

For me to watch them i have to use VLC Player.

What would be the best way to burn the files to disc with out the syc problem??
