Off to College in the fall and looking to get a laptop. However, money is no problem. The University where I work is going to buy one for me! I want to keep it under 5k though. I have been looking at some of the Alienware and Higher end Dell laptops. I want something fast, Obviously, video encoding and all. Alienware seems overpriced too me. Gaming on PC is not really important too me, but expandability is. I like that if I need it, that it is there. Thus, it is a good thing I am not paying for it! I would like to see what Chewy and some of the others think about the higher-end machines.
