Help with DVD Shrink

I apologize if this is the wrong forum but I am a newbie here so with a reply perhaps someone can tell me where to put similar posts to this so I hopefully wil not do the same mistake more then once. I am uising DVD shrink and am interested only in certain episodes from tv shows on DVD how do I do that? Also is it posible for me to do a single episode from one DVD onto a blank DVD and then either a few other episodes from another DVD or another single episode from another disc and so on and on. Again if so how do I do that or can I only do entire discs.
