Using dvd shrink, how do I....

combine/merge VOB's into 1 file? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It's not possible. You can combine several clips (in re-author mode) as several titles in different titlesets, but you cannot combine them as a single title in one titleset.

Sorry to contradict r0lZ,but I think he can. Under Edit/Preferences/Output Files just untick Split VOB files into 1GB chunks.

Hum, yes, you're right but I thought DZL1 wants to join VOBs from different titlesets or DVDs. If it's just to join the VOB files of the same titleset, it's indeed easy with DVDShrink or, even easier, with VobMerge.

In any event this is a cross post and we can not talk about DVD Shrink.

As r0lZ has observed, you can't actually merge titles with DVD Shrink anyway. AFAIK, Recode, DVD2One and other softwares can do this.
