No Animation In Microsoft Outlook

I am running IE7 and cannot get any animated emoticons (smileys) to work in my microsoft outlook mail program, NOT OUTLOOK EXPRESS. I get the smiley but no motion. I have the latest flash and shockwave installed and the security is set at medium. I don't know what else to check. any help would be appreciated.
retrieving and placing smileys in forums or other programs is no problem, just a problem in my email program

I am having the same problem with Yahoo email. It used to work fine. I contacted Yahoo and they didn't even try to help. I've talked to other people with the same problem (with Yahoo). They said the only thing they can do is create a new email account. I have had this problem for months and gave up trying to figure out how to fix it. I recommend creating another email account. Sorry I can't be of more help.
