Hi All,

I am working on a project that I have 53 FLV files that I want to put on DVD.

I tried DVD Flick But it has a limit of 50 files.

I thought super, but it only gives me an output of individual files.

I am thinking if I combine even 5 FLV files I can create my DVD with DVD flick.

They are very short maybe 30 second Files that combined starts at 115 MB

I am sure the answer is simple, but I just have not found the right search parameter.

Thanks in Advance

Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately I could not get it to add in edit.

This what I did however.

I split the project into two projects and made iso files.

I then combined the iso's into one and burned to DVD.

Seemed to worked out well.

With that link, looks like I will be doing some learning over there at DVD Flick as well.:thanks2:

Hi Burrell,

Pretty "slick" way of getting around the problem. Could serve as a Tip for the next person who will most likely try to do 50+ files.

I think it should be a sticky, that way it would be easier to find for someone that is having the same problem.

Thanks for the Kind words.

The program I used to join the files we unfortunately can not talk about anymore due to Rule 19.

So my question is, what program can we talk about that will connect the two projects?

DVDRemake Pro,Nero Recode,DVD2One.......but none of them freeware.
AVIdemux(a freeware option) probably can join the individual VOB files. So can VideoRedo(again, not a freeware),VOBMerge(freeware).

I haven't done anything with .FLV so I'm curious. Do they have an index or can you slice a chunk anywhere and it will play? I'm just asking because I recently started using 7-Zip and to my surprise I found you could join .flac files that were numbered like xx.flac.001 xx.flac.002 sort of like hjSplit. I wonder if you numbered the .flv in sequence if a plain joiner would work?
