Help please

Hi I am having trouble shrinking my dvd's,when I click on the file to open it says it cant be opened ,can any help please.

it all depends on what data you have at hand

should it be proper dvd structures/files then any given tool should/will work (shrink among them) and be able to open the folder which contains the data

maybe you could search youtube for a tutorial on the program you want to use?
