Can i make a Menu in a VCD?! How?!

I want make a colection whith my skate videos in a VCD, but i don't know make a menu to choice the video to see?! Have any program to make it?! Anybody, please help-me!!!!

download nero from nero.com make sure your vids are in the correct vcd format..put them into nero..before you burn your vcd click the menu tab..you can put a background picture and it will show you your videos from numbers 1-? btw..i make bike vids.and am working on a skate vid.hope this helps
