Timecode displayed on video out?

Hi folks- I have a RealMagic Hollywood Plus card that I'm using to get video out of my PC. It reproduces the MPEG stream I created (the VOB) file just fine, but will only display timecode in VGA mode. Anyone know how to get it to display in TV mode as well?

Also- is there any way to get any *other* program besides RealMagic's DVD Station (like Premiere 6, or any other video player) to display through the card's 'out'?
