autoplay divx w/o codecs

Hi,
Does anyone know how to install the DivX codec on CD, combined with player, so it doesn't have to install when someone inserts the CD?

I think there is no player that plays DivX-videos without installinmg he codec, but you can place a launcher on the cd that automaticly installs the codec if neccesary.

I know.
I was just looking for a way to let a player use the codecs straight from CD; all the other ways cannot be used by 'my grandma', you know :)
