Question How to color-correct a video?

Is there a program that will allow me to color-correct a video file? I have Xvid4PSP that has the controls that I'm looking for...brightness, contrast, hue, and saturation. I don't need to convert form one format to another, just adjust the above values(gamma would be nice also). The problem with Xvid4PSP is that the resulting file is about 8 times the size of the original. Anyone know of a program that will allow you to change the values, and yet keep the (about) same sized file?
