Default DVD Flick VS MP4 Files

DVD Flick encodes the mp4 video without a problem but when it tries to encode the mp4 audio it takes many hours to acomplish this task .

Any one have any clues as to why ?

Thank you for any enlightenment you can shed on this matter .
