Default Purchasing DVD2One

I've been looking for some indication that I can post, or start a new thread, or something! So, I'm blundering in via a REPLY path. Hopefully, some one will give me the info to correct my gaffe.
I've used the trial version of RVD2one and I'm interested in getting a "real" one. But, when I click on BUY, I see the price is 39.99Euro, to be paid using one of 4 credit cards, none of which I use. I use Discover, and I use PayPal, but neither of those are listed as options. I think that his problem must have been encountered before, but can't find a solution as I look over the website. Is the app only available to those who use one of the limited financial techniques?
