ISO Backup
i have had this on my desktop computer for a few years and it always backed up files in an ISO format. i recently put dvd shrink on my laptop and it will not backup in iso. i thought i had looked at everything but i may have just missed it. everytime i video my grandson doing some cutey pie stuff, i want to put it on dvd and when it would save in iso format i had no problem whatsoever. how can i make it do that again?
