Default hey guys, need some help here plz!

ok to kick things off, i know im new here and i realise that i might get flamed or something but seriously, i am in *dire* straits here, i really really really need some help.

Today i bought an Excel TV capture box that lets me plug in my video source and then into a usb port on the computer. Ok so when i've tried to view any sought of video input, the video comes up extremely pixelated and terrible quality!
i really need to know if im doing something wrong here, the programs im using are PowerVCR and PCCAM. If anyone *anyone* has anything they can tell me to make it come out crystal clear you would be saving my life!!

sorry about this, thanks in advance

Default To 9mm

Welcome to the Digital Video Forums of Digital Digest

The graphic you've provided is too small to be legible.

Perhaps, "9mm" you could take "another shot at it"? (Pun intended ;>})
