Default improve the quality of image

Hello....i have some movies in MPEG format and Avi and the quality is very low..does anyone knows how can i improve te quality of the movies..thanks

You could use Virtualdub and load up various image-editing (not necessarily enhancing) filters, like sharpener, smoother, etc. You would be well-advised to experiment around with these filters before deciding which (if any) works well for your needs.
