    AC3 Track in wrong place

I want to make a MPEG2 File with an AC3 Soundtrack, but since I don't have a DVD-Burner I am just making it SVCD size and put it on a normal CD-R (My DVD player can play files off the disk)

My only problem is that it has problem with the sound, it works OK but it is in the wrong place, when playing I can shuffle through the places where the soundtracks are supposed to be at and when I reach 0X80 the sound is there, the only problem is that it begins on Cx00 and I have to shuffle through the different ones before I get the sound, and that Kinda suck, so is it possible to select where I can place it so I doen't have to do it, just play it?

I'm using TMPGEnc to multiplex the files with "MPEG Tools" but I am open to any other suggestions
