    Talk about Rip Packs

    I'm a first time poster
I want an English rip pack that will encode using Divx 4.12, 2 pass, at any resolution
What I use is Rippack (that's it's name). It rips only at widescreen and even when you set it to 4:3 it still outputs widescreen with black bars on the top and bottom)
Any suggestions out there to alleviate this problem?
    What's your favorite rip-pack?

    Thanks
    Dave

By the way, what's the best audio compression
Lots of people say WMA at 96 but I've heard good things about the quality of ogg and ABR that WMA can't stand up to

The sound is relevant to the desired total filesize of your DivX so u can't say what's best or better.
I use MP3 and AC-3 sound but u could say that
MP3 sound above 128Kb is decent. Anything below 96 is bad quality at my opinion.
WMA sound sounds like Windows Media Audio. That should be enough for WMA
