No sound for WINdvd platinum 5.0

i hear no audio in Windvd platinum 5, i have a registered version, i went through the whole website but got no help..... i cant play any dvd in windvd, while it works superb in PowerDvd!

Have you considered uninstalling both PowerDVD and WinDVD - and then reinstalling only WinDVD? Oft' times there are conflicts between similar software.

Another possibility is that, if the WinDVD was registered by some means "other than purchasing", it may not operate properly...

Mine still does not play DVD's with sound
