unable to open disc image file

I've been using dvd shrink 3.1 to successfully copy a dvd to the hard drive, but when i try to burn from the hard drive to a blank disc i get an error message.

The error message is /cygdrive/c/documents and settings/kirk newton/desktop/classic_09.3/mkisofs: no medium. Unable to to open disc image file

I am using dvd shrink with dvd decryptor.

Any suggestions on solving the problem?

Been said b/4, but could you try Nero instead of Decryptor?

Free trial version is usually avail.

I assume you've mastered the Shrink basics. When you hit 'Backup', on the next screen are you choosing 'ISO disk image' for the Target Device? Do you end up with an .ISO?

If you don't have it get Daemon Tools (free). You can then mount the ISO and see if it plays right on your PC. That will help determine if that part of the process went right.

Try reinstalling the latest version of DVDDecrypter and try 'ISO Write W" under mode.
