    "Fixing/Repairing" Avi with Ogg Audio

    Hi all,

i have a partially downloaded avi file that i want to view. The video has been encoded with xvid, while the audio with ogg vorbis. When i load the file into virtualdubmod, i get a "stream error", and the program tells me to look at the "stream report". I try encoding the file into various formats, as well as direct stream copy, but vdubmod ends up crashing around half-way, and the resulting file is incomplete and unplayable unless i use "divfix". anybody know how to completely "repair/fix" the file?

I have tried disabling the audio stream in vdubmod, and no change. oh and i have the latest xvid installed, as well as Tobias's ogg codec

    Thanks
